STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Limited Warranty: All Advantage Optics, Inc. products are covered by Advantage Optics, Inc’s industry
leading One (1) year “No-Nonsense Limited Warranty” as described below.
2) Payment: All products are sold on a cash basis, unless other arrangements are agreed, in writing, in
advance of ordering. If any payment due Advantage Optics, Inc. is not paid as agreed (or if any form of
payment is dishonored) then, in addition to the total amount due, Advantage Optics, Inc., shall also be
entitled to collect 1.5 % interest per month on all such unpaid sums. In the event that Advantage Optics,
Inc. pursues collections and/or litigation and prevails, then Advantage Optics, Inc. shall, in addition to all
other remedies, be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees and costs.
3) Shipment: In no event shall Advantage Optics, Inc. be responsible for any loss, damage and/or delays
incurred in connection with shipment to buyer occasioned by any cause(s) whatsoever, including, but not
limited to delays caused by shortage, strike, and/or delays from Advantage Optics’ own suppliers.
4) Returns: Non-defective, custom and/or non-standard inventory items are not returnable. Advantage
Optics, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, agree to accept, on a once per customer basis, returns of non-
defective, non-custom, commonly inventoried products with a total aggregate value of $2,500 or less,
provided buyer contacts Advantage Optics, Inc. within fourteen (14) days of receipt, obtains a material
return authorization number, delivers the product prepaid to Advantage Optics, Inc. in an un-opened,
unused, undamaged, and resalable condition and agrees to pay a 20% inspection and restocking fee.
4) Miscellaneous. All orders are accepted at Advantage Optics’ facilities in Batavia, Illinois. The exclusive
venue of any and all disputes and causes of action shall be in Kane County, Illinois. Advantage Optics,
Inc. makes no claim to any trade or service mark or other intellectual property, other then its own.
Purchase of Advantage Optics, Inc’s products does not constitute a sale, transfer and/or license to use of
any of Advantage Optics, Inc’s name, trade or service marks or proprietary technology or knowledge, other
than a license to use the product(s) purchased. All sales by Advantage Optics, Inc. are governed by these
Standard Terms and Conditions. No employee of Advantage Optics, Inc has the authority to verbally
modify any of these terms and/or conditions. Ordering with and/or acceptance of products from Advantage
Optics, Inc. constitutes acceptance of these Standard Terms and Conditions.
NO-NONSENSE LIMITED WARRANTY
If any Advantage Optics, Inc. product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within One (1) year
from original shipment, Advantage Optics, Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product or
refund the original purchase price. To access this Limited Warranty, simply call Advantage Optics, Inc. for
a Material Return Authorization number and ship the product, prepaid and insured to Advantage Optics,
Inc.
This Limited Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express and/or implied and to the maximum
extent permitted by law, Advantage Optics, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, expressed and/or implied,
including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. No employee of
Advantage Optics, Inc. has the authority to verbally modify this Limited Warranty. In no event shall
Advantage Optics, Inc. ever be liable for any incidental, consequential and/or other damages, including,
but not limited to loss of data, productivity, opportunity, and/or profits. In addition, where permitted, buyer’s
sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to refund of the original purchase price of the defective
product. Some states may give you specific legal rights and/or provide for specific remedies which may
override some of the terms of this Limited Warranty.
All else not withstanding, acceptance of products from Advantage Optics, Inc., constitutes acceptance of
this Limited Warranty.

At Advantage Optics, we value you as a customer. We share your concerns about privacy. We are
providing this notice to explain how we treat personal information (“customer information”) that is not
public. This is information we obtain from you or other sources when we provide you with products and
services. We want you to know that we respect your privacy; and we protect your information.
- We do not sell customer information.
- We do not share your information with persons, companies, or organizations outside of Advantage
Optics that would use that information to contact you about their products and services.
